This salads were prepared by my kids
And it’s simple but really goods. Tomatoes and cucumber gives freshness, and potatoes – satiety. My kids ate without onions, because they were the chefs
But for adults I recommend to add onion springs.
200 g canned corns
200 g boiled potatoes
3 tomatoes
1 cucumber
4 tbsps. sour cream
1 egg
onion springs and greens
salt
black peppers
Boil potatoes in a jacket, let cool, peel and chop in small chunks. Cut in small cubes cucumber and tomatoes. Mix corns with vegetables and sour cream. Season with salt and black peppers. Before serving sprinkle with chopped greens.
