When I want something sweet but healthy at the same time – I blend smoothies. My kids adore them
Maybe that’s why all the time I keep a few frozen bananas in the fridge.
2 large bananas (frozen)
150-200 g natural yoghurt
250 ml milk
2 tbsps. peanut butter
2 tbsps. chocolate syrup (I used 10 g chocolate)
If using chocolate, first of all melt it in some milk and let cool. Slice the bananas. Place the bananas, yogurt, chocolate syrup, milk and peanut butter in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
