Bored of eating potatoes and cabbages? Don’t know what to do with them? This is the solution I found yesterday on the internet. It’s a little bit time consuming, but it’s cheap. A day before a boiled potatoes and an egg, braised cabbage with onion. So the next day I had only to form pancakes and bake. My hubby was nicely surprised with the taste, and I – with the smell (I remember it from my childhood).
Put crepe on a plate. Sprinkle with some cheese. Put some filling and roll up. Put all crepes with filling to the bakind tray, sprinkle with more cheese. Bake in a 200°C preheated oven about 7-8 minutes, till the cheese melts. You can cut crepes in slices. Serve with fresh salads.

I’m very excited when the recipe which I chose to prepare is admitted 110 percents. I wanted to make these crepes all week long, but all week I had no time to spend in the kitchen. And only this weekend the time has come I’m very glad that I made only half portion because if there were more than four crepes I couldn’t stop eating. The filling is so light, with the gentle taste of broccoli and very nice taste of cheese. My hubby said he wasn’t hungry but ate one crepe and was very excited The next time I will not make our usual crepes with cheese filling, but give a little bit more time and make these crepes.
In a separate bowl whisk together the egg, milk, and melted butter. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture, all at once, and stir or whisk just until combined. The batter should have some small lumps. Make sure you do not over mix the batter or the pancakes will be tough. Heat a frying pan or griddle over medium high heat until a few sprinkles of water dropped on the pan or griddle splatter. Using a pastry brush, brush the pan with a little melted butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of pancake batter onto the pan, spacing the pancakes a few inches from each other. When the bottoms of the pancakes are brown and bubbles start to appear on the top surfaces of the pancakes (2-3 minutes), turn over. Cook until lightly browned (about 1-2 minutes). Serve immediately.

Visus produktus dėti į virtuvinį kombainą ar mikserio indą ir kelias minutes maišyti. Kepti iš karto. Jei keptuvės skersmuo 20cm, tai turėtų išeiti 12 lietinių
