Navy pork

It’s pork braised in home made tomatoe sauce. I prepared this already two times. The first time I cut pork in thicker chunks, the second – in thinner. My hubby said that the second time was better. By the way, be careful with seasonings – when tomatoe liquid evaporates, the taste becomes stronger.

500 g lean pork

1 can (400 g) chopped tomatoes

1 onion

salt

pepper

paprika

thyme

oil

Cut pork in medium size chunks, beat a little bit with pounder. Sprinkle with peppers and paprika, fry shortly in hot oil from both sides. Put pork in a pot, season with salt, put sauted onion, chopped tomatoes with the liquid, thymes. Cover with a lid and braise till the pork will be tender.

Crepes rolls with minced meat

Loved from the first bite :) Especially liked it my hubby – he’s the spicy food lover. For the children I didn’t even let them to taste :) Not because of jealousy, just they still love mild tastes.

Crepes:

2 eggs

1/4 tsp. salt

120 g flour

350 ml milk

2 tbsps. oil

Filling:

300 g minced meat

2 tbsps. oil

1 carrot

1 onion

2 spray of parsley

3 tbsps. hot chilli sauce

1 clove garlic

salt

black pepper

95 g sour cream

2-3 tbsps. soy sauce

water or red wine

To sprinkle:

grated cheese

Beat eggs, salt, flour and milk till you get solid mixture. Mix in oil and bake 4-6 rather thick crepes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry minced meat. Peel carrot, grate and put in the meat. Then finely chop onion and parsley. Put them to the meat too. Pour hot chilli sauce, add chopped garlic, peppers and salt. Pour sour cream, soy sauce, wine or water. Saute filling till vegetables will be soft.
Put crepe on a plate. Sprinkle with some cheese. Put some filling and roll up. Put all crepes with filling to the bakind tray, sprinkle with more cheese. Bake in a 200°C preheated oven about 7-8 minutes, till the cheese melts. You can cut crepes in slices. Serve with fresh salads.
