After 2-3 hours put the rest flour, salt, sugar and knead. At the end of kneading pour melted margarine. Roll the dough to 1 cm thickness. Cut with the glass rounds. Fill the dough round with one teaspoon of the filling and press the edges well. Put buns in the baking tray with the joint down. Let rise, coat with an egg and bake till the buns browns.

Prepare filling: chop onion, grate carrots and zucchini. Pour some tablespoons oil to the pan and fry onion and carrots till they become soft. Then put zucchini and braise 4–5 minutes more. Let cool and mix with canned tuna (pour off water or oil). In the other bowl mix eggs with sour cream, salt, pepper and curry. Then mix in cheese and braised vegetables.
Heat oven to 190 C. Dough roll out to circle and line with it 26 cm diameter pie dish botton and borders. Prick with a fork and bake 10 minutes. Then take pie crust from the oven, put the filling and bake again about 20 minutes, till cheese browns nicely.

Sausages (I use 3,5 because every sausage devided into 4 parts)

cheese (optional)

One egg plus 2 tsp of water for glazing

You can prepare dough two ways:
1. With breadmaker. Put ingredients in this sequence: egg and milk, sugar, salt, butter, flour, yeast. Choose dough program and wait.
2. With your own hands. Put the flour, the sugar and yeast in a bowl, whisk to combine, add and salt whisk again. Pour the egg and milk mixture into the bowl.
Use large spoon to mix everything together. Take the dough out of the bowl and knead, you will see the dough will be elastic after about 2 minutes. Add the butter and knead for 10-15 minutes or until the dough is soft, pliable, smooth and slightly shiny. Put the dough into a light buttered bowl. Let the dough rise in a warm place until double in size (can be 1-1,5 hours).

Then take the dough out of the bowl, cut the dough into 12-14 pieces, roll into a ball and let them rest for 10 minutes (meanwhile you can prepare sausages and cheese). Using a rolling pin to roll the dough into an oval shape, place the sausage in the middle, cut both side of the dough into strips, and place a piece of cheese slice over the sausage. Fold the strips alternating the left and right over the sausage. Place the dough on the oven sheet, lined with non stick baking paper (the cheese will melt while baking and some will leak). Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush rolls with egg wash. Bake for 8 minutes then reduce the temperature to 180°C and bake for 5 minutes more or until the rolls are golden brown.

Kiekvienais metais vis didesniais kiekiais

apie 1 kg miltų (man visada išeina mažiau)

2 st. šilto vandens

20 g mielių

žiupsnelis druskos

1/2-3/4 st. cukraus (mums 1/2 st. per mažai, o 1 st. per daug)

0,5 st. aliejus
