<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tsps. baking powder (I add only 1 tsp.)</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">100 g sugar</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tsp. vanilla</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">150 g cottage cheese</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 egg</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">100 ml milk</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">50 ml oil</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Mix flour with the baking powders. Seperate egg white and mix with sugar. Pour milk, oil, vanilla and mix in cottage cheese. Sift in flour and mix the dough. Devide it to 12 parts. And then every part &#8211; to 3 parts. From every piece roll about 15 cm log and braid from three pieces. Put buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix egg yolk with a teaspoon of milk and coat buns with this mixture. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the preheated to 200°C oven about 20 minutes.</p>

When I saw brinza in a store, I bought it without thinking. But it rested in a fridge for a while. Then I searched my recipe archive and found one recipe with this cheese. So I prepared this dish the same day. The taste reminded us stewed curd lasybones, which we like the same as marmots <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  The next day I sliced left overs and fried with a little bit butter in a pan. <p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tbsps. butter, melted</p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Put brinza and sourmilk in bender and blend till solid mixture. Add eggs, flour and salt. Mix well. Pour mixture to the baking dish, lined with baking paper. Bake in preheated till 180°C oven till bake top nicely browns. For me it took about an hour. Enjoy!</p>

Salt to taste, mix very good and pour mixture into buttered heat proof baking dish. Bake about 25 minutes in the preheated till 200°C oven. Sprinkle on top some greens and serve with sour cream.</p>

Lately my family doesn&#8217;t want any bakes. But this recipe was the only one that I liked and wanted to prepare for <a href="http://savaites.blogspot.com/2010/03/ryziu-savaite-apzvalga.html" target="_blank">the Rice week</a>. I said that I&#8217;m gonna make it you like it or not <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  And only when I saw how my family was eating this bake I remembered that rice and curd are the most favourite ingredients so this bake had to be a hit from the beginning. And one more point for this bake &#8211; it&#8217;s just slightly sweet. That&#8217;s why I heard compliment from my hubby. He said that this bake is probably the best that he ever ate <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  So you look at the last piece of bake <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  and it disappeared very quickly after I did some shots.<br />

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 eggs</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tbsp sour cream</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">butter for greasing baking dish</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">dried bread crumbs, for coating baking dish</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Boil rice on water and milk. Let cool. Mix in one egg, beaten with sugar, curd and raisins. Grease baking dish with butter and coat with dried bread crumbs. Pour rice-curd mixture. On top pour egg, beaten with sour cream. Bake in 200°C preheated oven about 20 minutes.</p>

Mostly we eat them only cooked with a lot of butter, and sometime we add some curd into them. But it&#8217;s boring, and this bake was something new. We ate it with strawberry jam and it was really tasty. I made a photo of the last piece that I grabbed from my husband plate <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  That means that this recipe is really great. Though in the beginning I was very sceptical.<br />

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1/2 glass sour cream</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 eggs</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tablespoons sugar</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1/2 teaspoon salt</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">butter for baking tin greasing</p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Mix all ingredients. Pour the mixture into the greased with butter baking tin. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes.</p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Boil corn groats in salted water with a little bit of oil and then put it in the warm place for about 30 minutes. Grease baking dish and put half of porridge in it. Mix curd, ont egg yolk, salt and seasoning. Place the mixture on top of the porridge in the baking dish. Put the second half of the porridge to the baking dish. Mix sour cream, egg yolks and salt, pour it over porridge. Bake about 20 minutes at 180°C. Serve with fresh vegetables or with sour cream</p>

Pastabos: Anot šaltinio desertas tinkamas 7-8 mėn. kūdikiams. Bet aš savo mažiui dar neduodu cukraus, nors jis jau ir vyresnis. Žinoma, čia kiekvienos mamos nuomonė. Vietoj banano galima naudoti obuolį &#8211; smulkiai sutarkuoti ir iš karto sumaišyti su kitais ingredintais. Šio varianto dar neišbandėm, nes baigėsi mūsų obuoliai.</em></p>

Sviestą ištirpinti, trynius ištrinti su cukrumi. Sudėti varškę, manų kruopas, nuplautas ir nusausintas razinas, vanilinį cukrų. Viską išsukti į vientisą masę. Išplakti baltymus ir atsargiai išmaišyti su varškės mase. Negilią kepimo formą ištepti riebalais, pabarstyti džiuvėsėliais ir sukrėsti varškės masę. Kepti vidutinio karštumo orkaitėje 30-40 min. </p>
