We love chicken, but it&#8217;s very hard to find good chicken marinade to bake it on the grill. And know I know that it&#8217;s not the fault of the recipes, it&#8217;s because we a lot of time overbake it. The last time we baked chicken on the grill I was walking around the grill and watched that no one overbaked it <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> I looked strange, but&#8230; what can we do if we want to taste food good <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /><br />

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 kg chicken fillet</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1/3 glass sweet chilli sauce</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tbsps. fish sauce</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tsps. ginger, freshly grated</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 cloves garlic, minced</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">salt</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tbsp. parsley, chopped</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">In a bowl mix all marinade ingredients. Put chicken and marinade for a few hours, or better overnight. Bake on a grill, but in the oven also possible. Bake very shortly on both sides. It&#8217;s really easy to overbake chicken and it will be very dry, so be carefull. Before serving sprinkle with chopped parsleys.</p>

I decided to prepare something new for our already borig quick meniu. This dish is very quick, if you do like me &#8211; boil chicken a day before. My hubby commended. I asked him maybe the dish is so good because almost all the week we ate what we had on hand? But he asured that no and ate almost everything, leaving just a few bites for my next day lunch&#8230; You can enjoy these salads and cold, and warm.<br />

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">(4 servings)</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">225 g long-grain rice</p>

<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">pepper</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">450 g cooked chicken</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">2 tbsps. mayonnaise</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">150 ml soured cream</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tbsp. curry powder</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tbsp. oil</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">1 tomato (optional, but it give some freshness)</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-indent: 2cm; text-align: left;">&nbsp;</p>
<p class="MsoBodyTextIndent" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; text-align: left;">Put the rice in a saucepan with the water and a little salt. Bring to the boil, cover and reduce the heat. Simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and all the water has been absorbed. Fluff up the grains with a fork and leave to cool. Arrange the rice in the base and to form a border round the rim of a serving dish. Dice the chicken and plave in a bowl. Cook the curry powder in the oil for 2-3 minutes, cool and mix with the remaining ingredients, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Toss with the chicken and spoon over the rice. Garnish with tomatoes, that will give the salads some freshness.</p>

Sad, but true&#8230; I have to go to work again&#8230; After more than two years of vacations. But let&#8217;s look at everything from another point of view &#8211; I have to think what to take to work for lunch and what to prepare for very quick dinner. Also from now on I can bake more sweets because to drink coffee gathers many girls <img src='http://virtuve.seima.org/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> But let&#8217;s talk about this dish. I boiled buckwheats yesterday, so today I made everything in 15 minutes. Put onion, garlic and ginger to the blender bowl, pour a little bit of water and blend till solid puree. Put onion puree, yogurt, wine vinegar, cut into stripes bell peppers and chicken. Mix everything, season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave to marinate for 6-8 hours. Then pour chicken with the marinade in a hot pan and stew till the chicken will be tender, about 15-20 minutes.</p>
